Artist's Comments

From the game Ratchet & Clank. This was a gift for my brother. He's made of polymer clay and stands about five or six inches, I can't really remember. His arms are jointed at the shoulders, his head turns, and his eyes glow in the dark.

I blend my own mix of premo, super sculpey, and sculpey III. If you feel like you're going through a lot of clay, you might try using aluminum foil armatures. I use toothpics for the joints. Just make sure they go deep enough into the clay.

I did use an armature, I'm just not sure how much of the sculpure should be clay or tin foil. Plus I can't get the pieces of tin foil or the toothpicks to stay together. And how the heck did you make the joints out of toothpicks? Don't they fall out?

Oh by the way "Thanks for the help"...
